Description
OBJECTIVE
In this Webinar, we will guide managers of diagnostic imaging clinics and healthcare professionals on how to identify and report abusive practices committed by health insurance providers, using the Brazilian College of Radiology (CBR) Reporting Channel.
In recent years, clinics and service providers have faced challenges such as undue denials, arbitrary de-accreditation, payment delays, and abusive contractual impositions. In light of this, the CBR has established a dedicated channel for formal complaints, enabling regulatory and legal action to be taken against these practices.
During the event, the functioning of the reporting channel, the most common types of abuse, the importance of documentation, and strategies to strengthen the defense of service providers will be discussed.
The webinar aims to empower participants to act assertively in protecting their rights, strengthen the representation of clinics, and contribute to a fairer and more balanced healthcare environment, ensuring the continuity of quality care for the population.
