It includes information on definitions, structures, classifications and adverse reactions of contrast media, as well as American Heart Association guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and ESUR guidelines relating to gadolinium deposition in tissues.<\/p>\n
The course is taught by Adonis Manzella, a radiologist with extensive experience and a member of several medical associations. It consists of 17 video lessons, each followed by an assessment. Topics covered include advanced life support, basic life support in pediatrics, the use of contrast media in different clinical situations, such as pregnancy and lactation, and the deposition of gadolinium in tissues. In addition, the course deals with adverse reactions to contrast media and provides information on the treatment of these reactions.<\/p>\n
The main aim of the course is to train radiologists to act correctly in situations involving contrast media, highlighting the importance of this training for medical practice.
