The ABCDI Webinar aims to discuss... Effectiveness of the complaints channel of the Brazilian College of Radiology (CBR)<\/strong>, highlighting its importance as an instrument of transparency, ethics, and institutional strengthening. The proposal is to present how this channel contributes to:<\/p>
