OBJECTIVE

O ABCDI Operational Course its objective to train doctors, managers and health professionals to understand, in a practical and applied way, the main legal and corporate concepts involved in the structuring and administration of medical companies and family holding companies.

During the course, participants will:

Exploring legal and corporate fundamentals that govern medical societies and holding companies.

Analyze corporate organizational models. focused on asset protection and estate planning.

Identify risks and opportunities in the management of medical and family societies.

Receive practical guidance. for safe and sustainable strategic decisions.

The main objective is to offer technical and operational knowledge that allows participants to adopt effective legal and corporate solutions, ensuring greater security, efficiency and sustainability in the management of medical companies and family holding companies.

Dr. Ricardo Rocha

Director of ABCDI (2025/2026), Doctor graduated from the federal university of Ceará in 1997, Medical residency in radiology and diagnostic imaging at the Mandaqui hospital complex - São Paulo SP, Postgraduate studies in head and neck radiology and neuroradiology at IES/FAMETRO, Former vice-president and director of professional defense at SOCEARA, Director of SINDESSEC and Coordinator of the imaging department of the association of hospitals in Ceará.

Dr. Marcelo Lauar

Graduated in Medicine from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), Medical Residency at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto of the University of São Paulo (FMRP-USP), Specialist Title in Radiodiagnosis conferred by the Brazilian Medical Association, Specialist Title in Ultrasonography conferred by the Brazilian Medical Association, Director of Professional Defense of the Brazilian College of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging (2025/2026), Former Director of ABCDI (2024/2025) and Director of SINDIMAGEM (Union of radiological clinics of the state of Goiás).
