The course will take a practical approach through the live discussion of clinical cases, tutored by experts in the field.

Eleven pre-lectures will be made available on the cbr platform, which should be watched before the course in order to get the most out of the case discussions.

The course will be based on the latest update on the classification of brain tumors (who 2021).

After this course, participants should be able to:

  • Identify the imaging findings of the main brain tumors in children;
  • Knowing how to assess supratentorial tumors in children using imaging;

They will also see how important molecular studies are in this classification and what to expect from the new classification (who 2026).
