Internal Auditor Course + Understanding the Padi Standard

Prerequisites

• Completion of the "Understanding the Padi Standard" course is mandatory." for the course "Padi Internal Auditor".
• Registration must be carried out individually according to the name of the student taking part in the course.

   

Objectives

• The internal auditor course aims to train participants in planning and scheduling, conducting and reporting on audits based on the criteria of the Padi standard version 5 and the ISO 19011:2018 standard. This course is held in a virtual, live format.
• The purpose of the Understanding the Padi Standard course is to learn about, interpret and apply the principles and criteria of the Padi Standard, version 5.

   

Target audience

• Professionals from different areas involved in the development, maintenance and improvement of quality management systems in Diagnostic Imaging Services, especially clinic managers, consultants, auditors, directors and quality professionals from radiology and diagnostic imaging clinics.

   

Content Understanding the Standard

• Know, interpret and apply the principles and criteria of the Padi Standard version 5;
• Present the methodology of the Padi Accreditation Program;
• Learn about the market and context of Diagnostic Imaging services in Brazil;
• Know the principles of the Padi Standard;
• Interpret and apply the criteria of the Padi Standard appropriately.

   

Teaching method

• The course consists of recorded video lessons covering all aspects of the subjects covered. A test will be administered for each module to check learning.
• No recordings of live courses will be made available!

   

Internal Auditor content

• Understand how to audit Diagnostic Imaging services based on the Padi version 5 standard
• Plan, conduct and report on Padi audits
• Coordinating the activities of an audit team
• Understand and follow up actions arising from Padi accreditation audits

   

Teaching Method Internal Auditor

• The course consists of synchronous (live) online activities.
• Oral and dialogical exposition, addressing the practical aspects of the subjects that will be covered and, where necessary, will be contextualized by the respective theory.
• Learning dynamics can include case studies, analysis of audit reports, group discussion, induced reflection, production of texts, group or individual activities to effectively consolidate knowledge, when necessary.
