This space has been prepared so that you, the radiologist, can keep up to date with the various topics and debates of interest to your specialty. Here you can reinforce your continuing education in a practical and efficient way. The course is coordinated by Luis Ronan Marquez Ferreira de Souza and Manoel de Souza Rocha, both specialists in Radiology. Below is the structure of the course, divided into modules:

Module 1: Introduction to the principles of radiological image formation, including plain radiography and ultrasound, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging.

Module 2: It addresses emergency neurological conditions, with clinical definitions of stroke and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury).

Module 3: It explores topics related to sudden dyspnea and acute chest pain, as well as discussing the choice of diagnostic imaging methods.

Module 4: It deals with the topic of "Acute Abdomen", addressing obstructive, inflammatory and vascular/ischemic aspects.

Module 5: He focuses on high-impact trauma and ultrasound protocols, including thoracic trauma and abdominal traumatic injuries.

Module 6: It deals with jaundice, its diagnosis and diagnostic imaging methods.

Module 7: It explores orthopaedic situations, classifying bone fractures, spinal fractures and identifying bone tumors and infections.

Module 8: It focuses on the use of imaging tests in oncology, including breast screening, lung cancer screening and staging of malignant neoplasms.

Module 9: It deals with Radiology as a medical specialty, the role of the radiologist and Interventional Radiology.

Module 10: Explores the rational ordering of ultrasound exams.

Module 11: It focuses on imaging in Obstetrics and Gynecology, covering aspects related to obstetrics and gynecology.

Module 12: It covers thyroid ultrasound and the TIRADS classification system.

Each module includes content publications related to the topic, as well as assessments for students.
