Description

OBJECTIVE

In our segment, processes are extremely complex and vary by operator, doctor, service unit, among others. This excess of variables, coupled with the need to maintain productivity to reduce costs, makes it vital to automate everything possible.

The solution found by most establishments in recent years has been to increase the number of employees to resolve such complexity. However, this has led to increased costs and low effectiveness, as there is high turnover and little money available for adequate training.

The ideal and definitive solution is to invest in automation, using information technology in all areas of the clinics to reduce the need for large staff, reducing the number of operational errors and, consequently, increasing beneficiary satisfaction and the clinic's profitability.

Reinforcing this need, the TISS 3.02 standard, which is in its third version, finally brings solutions to structural problems in clinics related to patient eligibility and authorization of procedures, payment statements and glosses that can be reconciled and glosses resource via the system.
