Non-Conformity Handling Course

Objective

• To instruct participants on how to carry out the process of dealing with non-conformities using quality tools in a practical way, avoiding their recurrence.
• Present the "key points" to ensure that non-conformities are dealt with effectively.

Teaching method

• The course consists of recorded video lessons covering all aspects of the subjects covered. A test will be administered for each module to check learning.

Target audience

• Professionals at all levels responsible for implementing, developing and maintaining the quality management system in diagnostic imaging services. In particular, process managers, analysts, internal auditors and quality professionals.
